With over 19 years of experience in therapeutic bodywork and subtle energy healing, I offer a deeply nurturing, intuitively guided space where healing unfolds on every level. My signature session blends my full range of training and intuitive gifts into one seamless, integrated experience. Each treatment is personalized to meet your unique needs—whether you’re moving through physical tension, mental stress, emotional disharmony, or energetic imbalance.
Rooted in flowing Swedish massage, focused deep tissue work, and other specialized techniques- this work releases muscular tension, regulates the nervous system, improves circulation, eases pain, and promotes deep relaxation. As your body softens, subtle light energy work is seamlessly woven throughout to restore balance, clear stagnant energy, and awaken your body’s innate capacity to heal. I specialize in thorough therapeutic bodywork and the harmonization of the energetic chakra system, supporting your body’s natural return to vitality, clarity and wholeness.

Intuitive Massage & Energy Alignment
Deep Integration: Bodywork + Lightwork
This is my most spacious and deeply held offering, created for those navigating significant physical, emotional, psychological, or spiritual experiences. This session expands on my signature massage and intuitive light work, with additional space for conversation, energetic clearing, intuitive guidance, processing, and integration. This work may support those integrating plant medicine, trauma, grief, loss, accidents, inner-child or ancestral wounds, or other experiences that have left a lasting imprint on the body and energetic system. More than a massage, this is a deeper container for tending to the whole experience—body, energy, emotion, and spirit. A space to slow down, be seen, and feel deeply supported through your healing.

Energy Work: Lightwork + Intuitive Channeling
When energy becomes stuck or out of alignment, it can affect your emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. This session offers a reset- restoring clarity, balance and flow. As a Reiki Master Teacher and Metatron Color Therapist, I work with a 100% pure light energy source to clear stagnation, balance the chakras, and support deep energetic alignment. Sessions include hands-on healing, aura color therapy, guided visualization, and angelic channeling. I help you clear what no longer serves you and reestablish flow throughout your system. Each session is intuitively guided to help you feel lighter, clearer and more connected to yourself.
