Rooted in flowing Swedish massage and focused deep tissue work, this session directly supports the muscles and nervous system to release tension, improve circulation, ease pain, and promote deep relaxation. Subtle light energy work is seamlessly woven throughout to support harmony on every level—body, mind, and spirit. Through gentle yet powerful techniques like chakra balancing, aura clearing, guided visualization and divine light transmission, we restore flow, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect you to your natural state of balance and vitality.

Massage
A grounding, intuitive therapeutic massage designed to ease tension, improve circulation, and calm the nervous system. Whether you’re recovering from travel, managing everyday stress, experiencing muscle tightness, or simply craving relaxation, this session meets you where you are. Expect a nurturing blend of Swedish and deep tissue techniques, with cranial sacral therapy, assisted stretching, and Shiatsu-inspired work subtly woven in to support deep release and integration. You will leave feeling lighter and more spacious, as your body softens, unwinds, and returns to ease.

When energy becomes stuck or out of alignment, it can affect your emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. This session offers a reset- restoring clarity, balance and flow. As a Reiki Master Teacher and Metatron Color Therapist, I work with light energy to clear stagnation, balance the chakras, and support deep energetic alignment. Sessions include hands-on healing, aura color therapy, guided visualization, and angelic channeling. I help you clear what no longer serves you and reestablish flow throughout your system. Each session is intuitively guided to help you feel lighter, clearer and more connected to yourself.
