My name is Laura Waite, and I’m honored to connect with you. I’m a mother of two, a small business owner, and a proud resident of Costa Rica—a place I’m grateful to call home. It’s my joy and privilege to share this journey with you.

My healing path began in 2001 when I stepped into the world of yoga. Since then, I’ve been on an ever-deepening journey of personal transformation and growth. This exploration of inner truth and self-discovery inspires my mission: to guide others in reconnecting with their authentic selves, their inner wisdom, and their sovereignty.

For over 18 years, I’ve served as a facilitator of healing and transformation. I am an intuitive, a yoga teacher, a bodyworker, a Lightworker, and a Metatron Color Therapist. I see myself as a channel and guide, dedicated to helping others awaken their inner light and remember the truth of who they are.

In my work, I draw from a connection to 100% pure divine light. My role is to shine a light on your journey back home to yourself. Whether through yoga, bodywork, or lightwork, I am here to help you slow down, become present, and reconnect with your inner voice. When you align with your authentic self and trust your inner light, you unlock your unique gifts and become your own healer, teacher, and guide. My purpose is to empower you to step into your truth and open your heart to infinite possibilities.

Since moving to Samara in 2012, I’ve been serving the community, offering spaces for healing, self-reflection, and growth. My dedication to self-healing and yoga has refined my sensitivity to the needs of both myself and others, allowing me to facilitate from a place of deep love, compassion, and truth.
